On May 8, 2025 in Bern, Spirecut was honored with the Swissnex Internationalization Award 2025—presented by dynesis founder Signe Fleischmann.
Swissnex, managed by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI), is a global network of education, research, innovation and art outposts connecting Switzerland with the world’s leading innovation hubs.
Over the past four years, Spirecut has participated in Swissnex programs in the US, UK, South Korea and China, gaining invaluable insights and partnerships along the way.
Our patented, ultrasound-guided instruments for hand surgery embody true collaboration between engineers and surgeons. Delivering on our promise of “no incisions, no stitches,” they offer pinpoint precision and faster recovery for patients worldwide. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Swissnex, dynesis and the award jury for recognizing our mission.
Congratulations also to our fellow finalists—
AIDONIC, Cellestia Biotech, Riskwolf, OxyPrem AG, Primal Bee®, Rapidata, sallea, ScoutSync, and WattAnyWhere—whose ambition and impact continue to drive innovation forward.
Looking ahead, we’re eager to put our dynesis Design Subscription to work as we expand globally, and to advance our Innosuisse-sponsored SONIT project for ultrasound-guided nerve tracking in collaboration with FHNW and the Universitätsklinik für Orthopädische Chirurgie und Traumatologie Inselspital Bern.
