ROC Aschheim Brings Spirecut to Germany

The Regenerative Orthopaedic Center (ROC) in Aschheim, near Munich, has become the first clinic in Germany to treat patients with Spirecut’s ultrasound‑guided, incision‑free technology for two of the most common hand disorders: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Trigger Finger (or Trigger Thumb).

Spirecut sets itself apart by eliminating the need for a skin incision or stitches—only a tiny 1 millimetre puncture is required. The entire procedure takes between five and ten minutes under local anaesthesia, and most patients can return to everyday activities such as typing or hand‑washing the very next day. Because the system needs only a high‑frequency ultrasound probe of 15 MHz or higher and the compact Spirecut kit, it keeps equipment requirements to a minimum.

ROC chose Spirecut because its commitment to gentle, regenerative care aligns perfectly with the new technology’s patient‑centred advantages: faster recovery times, scar‑free results, and less time away from work.

For doctors and clinics, Spirecut removes the need for a full operating theatre, lowers material and staffing costs, and ultimately leads to happier patients and quicker turnover.

Clinics interested in seeing Spirecut in action can book a demonstration or arrange a visit to ROC Aschheim by contacting praxis@roc-ortho.de or calling +49 89 21530333.
